De Winter Golf- a company that designs and creates events and competitions- is all set to conduct a golf event. This even is called the 2011 College Alumni Golf Event and its going to start during the Fall-Winter season. This golf event or tournament is going to be quite huge and various schools and universities will compete for various scholarships that will be awarded; also this event is created with the aim of promoting competitive behavior, comradeship and solidarity amongst students and universities. This golf tournament will go on for a period of nine weeks.
This golf event will start from October 2011 and end in November 2011 with Lake Buena Vista, Florida being the main venue. Falcon's Fire Golf Club and Marriott's Grande Pines Golf Club will be hosting the events and Marriott's Inner Sea World and Embassy Suites LBV will provide the accommodations. The golf tournament (series) will include universities etc. within divisions- division one, division two, division three, NAIA and junior colleges. The alumni teams will compete for scholarships worth $175,000 and more and individuals and teams will be competing for $300,000 and more in amateur approved prizes.
